President Donald Trump on Wednesday morning tweeted a photo of himself at the CNN studio in downtown Los Angeles, where he reportedly was filming his “The Art of the Deal.”
The president then tweeted a video of himself posing for a photo with the camera in front of a wall in the studio, according to a screenshot published by the Associated Press.
“The wall in front is a portrait of me with the cameras rolling,” the president said in the tweet.
“You can’t miss it.”CNN said it was aware of the president’s tweet and immediately contacted him to “express our condolences.”
“We have a team working with the White House and CNN to learn more about this matter and will be providing updates as soon as we can,” the network said in a statement.CNN said Trump had tweeted that he was shooting his “Art of the Negotiation” in Los Angeles and asked CNN to remove the tweet and “not post the photo without our permission.”
The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Trump has previously expressed interest in appearing at the studio.
He previously tweeted that the studio was a “nice place to shoot.”
Trump’s appearance at the studios came as the White, House and Senate are trying to pass a $1.9 trillion tax bill.
The bill would lower the top corporate tax rate from 35 percent to 20 percent, with a cut in individual rates for high earners.
The bill would eliminate the estate tax, which taxes the value of estates over $5.49 million.
