The comedian, who is known for his eccentric and hilarious sketches, recently took the stage at SXSW Interactive to discuss his 2017, which saw him make a series of weird and unexpected appearances on the festival circuit.
Yankermann, who will perform at the festival on Saturday night, has also released a video of his 2017 appearance, which he described as a “bizarre and hilarious trip.”
In it, he performs in a bizarre clown costume and sits in a chair in front of a giant clock.
The clip shows him laughing as he plays the clock, and at the end, he holds a phone up to the clock’s face and sings “Oh no!” as the clock is broken.
“I did this in my clown suit and my wig, and it was crazy,” he said in the video.
“That was kind of a joke.”
During his performance, Yankman said he was also dressed up as a clown to look like a real clown.
“We did this video and we were doing a video in the park, and the kids were like, ‘Who is that clown?
Is he in there?'” he said.
“They didn’t think it was weird, so I was like, OK, let’s go with it.”
Yankler added that he has a “fantastic beard,” and that he is “pretty proud of it.”
He told The Daily Beast that he thought he was the first person in the world to ever make an appearance in a clown costume, but then people started noticing.
“It was like ‘Hey, maybe you should make a clown suit,'” he said, adding that the clown suit is now “so cool” that he’s even made it into a costume for Halloween.
“But it was like the first time I’ve ever had to do that,” he added.
“Like, ‘OK, I’m going to make a suit and wear a clown mask.'”
Yankier, who lives in California, told The Verge that he plans to continue performing his comedy on Saturday and said he plans on touring the world for the remainder of 2017.
“Hopefully I’ll be touring around the world.
I don’t think I’m gonna be able to make it in a long time.
So I’m kind of thinking of getting a wig and doing a clown outfit.”
